Britt has over 30 years of coaching experience at the youth, club, high school and college level. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State College and a master's degree from Fitchburg State College. The past 22 years he has taught physical education for the Easton Public Schools. Coach Sellmayer resides in Easton with his wife Elaine and daughter Lauren.

Coach Britt Sellmayer begins his 25th season as Head Coach of the Tigers.
He was also the Head Women’s soccer coach at Wheaton College for 4 seasons.
His teams have made 24 State Tournament appearances, have won 14 league championships and were crowned Division 2 State Champions in 1998, 1999 and 2007.
The overall record for the Tigers for his career is 389-71-41.
He was named Boston Globe Division 2 Coach of The Year in 1998 and 2007; Boston Globe Division 1 Coach of The Year in 2011; Brockton Enterprise Coach of The Year in 2001 and 2007; and Eastern Massachusetts Soccer Coach Association 1999 and 2007.
Britt currently holds the USSF "C" License, and the NSCAA National and Advanced Diploma.
Girls Assistant Varsity Coach Tony Cerce

Coach Tony Cerce begins his 17th season as Assistant Coach of the Tigers.
He joined Britt after his retirement as a Senior Partner with the National Accounting Firm Ernst & Young in 1998.
He has been with the team for its three State Championships and eleven Hockomock league crowns since 1998.
Coach Cerce is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Tony has been a resident of Easton for over 40 years and has seen all four of his children graduate from Oliver Ames High School.
He started coaching in the Easton Youth Soccer League in the first year of its existence and had coached or referred soccer in town for more than 20 years prior to joining Britt.
Girls Junior Varsity Coach Steven Cerce

Coach Steven Cerce has coached the Oliver Ames Women's Junior Varsity soccer team since 2000.
His JV teams were undefeated in 2001, 2003 and 2008, and have never lost more than four games in any season.
Coach Cerce is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Steve has taught grade 8 mathematics on the Red Team for 25 years, is the advisor for School on Wheels, was the National Junior Honor Society advisor for 6 years, and was the Freshman Class advisor until the ninth grade was moved up to Oliver Ames High School.
Steve graduated from OAHS in 1986. He earned a degree in philosophy from Boston College, and a Masters in Teaching Mathematics from Bridgewater State University.
